Thank You Father

Thank You Father.

I wish to love,
More than what has been given from above.
To not take for granted what I receive,
But be so thankful for what I am able to achieve.
For in this so called season,
They know not the true reason.
I wish for the love for my Lord’s heart,
Not, how full is my cart?
I wish for you to continue,
Surely bring along something new,
But keep out all that brings fright,
And keep with me all my might,
On this great trek of my life.
